The team took our punctured tyre in at 9am and we received back by 11:40am. Noting they close at 12pm for the New Year.Great turn around and friendly staff.

Sadly, we didn’t get the great, friendly service that others received. Our friends didn’t either.We got four new tyres (spent over $1500) but noticed our balancing wasn’t complete (two rear tyres not balanced/ no weights). When we went in to ask about this, we were told that’s normal and they only balanced the front tyres. All very odd. They did end up balancing the rear tyres but wasn’t without a bizarre confrontation that I’d prefer not to have. We are not sure if the tyres ended up being balanced correctly as both just have the smallest, 10g on each, but didn’t feel like asking about it after the previous response.

We went to this garage for a wheel alignment after we got 2 new front tyres on the car from a different garage. We got the car back after 20 minutes with a broken gearbox after they took it for a testdrive. The car was in great condition and well looked after. The Manager had no Intention into solving the problem afterwards and the staff had an arrogant attitude towards us. We got stuck in this town with having to sell our car and end our travels since we couldn't afford the repair costs from them. Don't get distracted by the 5 star reviews! This is how they treat locals because they depend on them. Travelers/Backpackers please avoid this place no matter what!!! Don't do business with these people because they will take advantage of you being depended on your car!!!

Called to ask if they could check out our tyre as we noticed it wore out very fast within days of traveling. After getting an appt to get the alignment done the lady working there at the counter was nothing but disgustingly rude. Whether she nor the rest of the team could answer any of my questions if we could keep driving with this tyre or not. I mentioned that she was being rude and her reply was that I am demanding?! I was not demanding I was trying to get answers as I am not a tyre specialist. That's why I came to get help. I was told I should be okay with the tyre. Ha! I went to a different Tyrepower in Exmouth only to find out that we need a new tyre asap, as we are almost at the illegal limit. Not sure if they treated us like this because we are backpackers or what but these people were not competent in my eyes and the ladys customer service skills =0/10. Glad to be getting help in Exmouth now! Waste of our time!

I was told I needed a part replacing on my car and not only were they very well priced and the quickest to get into when I took my car in to get the part replaced they explained that it didn’t need replacing after all and showed me a new part vs when it would need fixing so I know when it does need to be replaced. The staff were lovely, great customer service and very honest and reliable.
